I'm thrilled to introduce Unity and Trust Foundation, a global initiative for learning and volunteer service. My unwavering commitment to sustainable development in Malawi fuels my tireless work to empower communities and improve lives.
My journey began in Limerick, Ireland, where I co-founded the Mid-West Migrants Community Network (MMCN). MMCN bridged cultural divides, fostering understanding through shared experiences. This ignited a vision for Unity and Trust Foundation: a global network of educators, leaders, and volunteers united to make a difference.
Our focus:
Innovative learning programs promoting cross-cultural understanding, critical thinking, and social responsibility.
Empowering young people – both nationally and internationally – to become agents of change in their communities.
Building partnerships with organizations that share our vision for a just and equitable world.
The challenge:
Malawi's high youth unemployment rate (7.73% in 2022) demands action. We believe in unlocking the potential within every individual through collaboration to create a more sustainable and equitable future.
